Hugh Sinclair is better known as the man behind the enigmatic culinary talent Chef Irie Spice. Pulling inspiration from his native Jamaica and local Miami elements, Chef Irie creates a mash up of savory flavors unique to his gourmet fare. His clients are a who’s who list of athletes and entertainers and he remains one of Miami’s most sought after personal chefs. We took on the role of sous chef at the seafront Cabana Beach Club at the Eden Roc Renaissance Miami Beach as Chef Irie granted us an all access pass and showed us how to stir up some food on fire.

You might recognize this Cuban beauty from her cameo in Pitbull’s latest music video “Back In Time” featured in the upcoming summer hit Men In Black III but this singer holds her own on the international stage. Under the wing of the self proclaimed Mr. 305, Madai is skyrocketing into the limelight with her dance anthems “Mayday” and “Pure Evil”, all while rocking a flawless fashion forward look on her way to stardom.
