Hugh Sinclair is better known as the man behind the enigmatic culinary talent Chef Irie Spice. Pulling inspiration from his native Jamaica and local Miami elements, Chef Irie creates a mash up of savory flavors unique to his gourmet fare. His clients are a who’s who list of athletes and entertainers and he remains one of Miami’s most sought after personal chefs. We took on the role of sous chef at the seafront Cabana Beach Club at the Eden Roc Renaissance Miami Beach as Chef Irie granted us an all access pass and showed us how to stir up some food on fire.
